The Retention Strategist at Common Thread Collective (CTC) plays a critical leadership role in guiding our clients toward sustainable and scalable growth. This position is all about owning ensuring revenue is delivered predictably for the business through retention marketing efforts —using data-backed insights to build forecasts, shape strategic direction, and ensure consistent performance delivery.

Manage and scale paid marketing efforts, building world class campaigns across paid marketing channels that attract consumers. The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing the success of our digital ad program across paid search, paid social, and programmatic platforms. Manage campaign launches including building audiences, uploading creative, setting budgets, and ensuring proper tracking.

Develop and execute email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo. Create and optimize customer segmentation and automation flows to drive engagement and retention. Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure messaging aligns with brand voice and goals. Maintain data accuracy and ensure compliance with relevant email marketing and privacy regulations.
